These programs aim to motivate and qualify citizens to work in the education sector and contribute to increasing Emiratization in the private education sector in the emirate.

This occurred during the visit of Her Excellency to the Sharjah Education Academy, in the presence of Her Excellency Dr. Muhaditha Al Hashemi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Private Education Authority and President of the Sharjah Education Academy, along with several officials from both parties.

Her Excellency Sarah Al Amiri commended the advanced programs offered by the Sharjah Education Academy and the ambitious future plans in this regard. These initiatives embody the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, for the future of education in the Emirate of Sharjah. She praised His Highness's unlimited support for his fellow citizens and his efforts to empower them to participate in the progress and leadership of the UAE generations. His aim is to motivate them to work in the education sector and leave their mark on the UAE's educational journey.

During the visit, Her Excellency was briefed on the academy's most prominent programs and projects. These include the Sultan Al Qasimi project for Emiratisation in the private sector - the "Teacher and Proud" programme, which aims to attract citizens to work in the education sector in the Emirate of Sharjah. Since its launch in 2019, the program has presented an integrated plan that starts with appointing those interested in joining the education sector at the academy and enrolling them in a postgraduate diploma in education. Then, they are assigned to educational institutions in the private sector, provided with training, and supported throughout their years of service. Additionally, they are offered development packages and programs. The program targets more than one category, depending on the academic achievement of each participant.

Her Excellency Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashemi, Chairman of the Sharjah Private Education Authority and President of the Sharjah Education Academy, said, "We were honored by the visit of Her Excellency Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, Minister of State for Public Education and Advanced Technology, and the delegation accompanying the Sharjah Education Academy.
